RETURNSHow do I return something?
Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed information. Brief instructions are below:
Faulty items – please email us at email@example.com within 3 business days of receiving the faulty items. You will need to provide an explanation of the fault, your invoice number and photos showing the fault/damage before returning your items to us.
Change of mind – please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receiving your items. You will need to provide a reason for the return, along with your invoice number before returning your items to us. We will then offer you an exchange or credit voucher.
How do I care for the artwork?
Please avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Wipe clean with a dry cloth or duster.
How do I hang the framed wall art?
All of our frames come with a metal hanger pre-installed, ready to hang. You just need to install a frame hook on your wall and you’re ready to go.
Are the colours the same as what I can see on my computer/device?
Every device is different in the way it presents colours. Most Apple devices (Mac, iPhone, iPad) are almost true to reality. We see some colour differences with Android devices.
Do you sell custom sizes?
We sell custom sizes of our unframed prints in either canvas or paper. Please email us at email@example.com with your request.

How do I find out when out of stock items will be available for purchase?
If you love a design and it’s out of stock, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you with an expected availability date.
