We understand that shopping online can be a little tricky; therefore we've tried to make our returns policy as simple as possible. We want you to be happy so please contact us at info@bowerhome.com.au if there is any issue with your order.


Sometimes things don’t always go to plan, so in the event that your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@bowerhome.com.au within 7 business days of receiving the faulty item. You will need to provide an explanation of the fault, your invoice number and photos showing the fault/damage before returning your items to us.

Please provide your name and invoice number with the returned item.

A tracking number must be emailed to us to ensure the safe and documented delivery of your item.

Any unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Replacement items and refunds will only be given once we have received the original item.

Original shipping charges are not refundable, however we will refund the return postage if the item is deemed faulty.

Refunds are made in the same way you paid.

We make every effort to work with you if items are damaged in transit, but please note that we will not instantly replace or refund products damaged in transit. You may be required to take the matter up with the shipping company.

If your package rattles or looks damaged, DO NOT accept it from the driver OR contact the delivery company immediately.

Warranty claims on non-defective goods will incur a $10 non-fault fee. This covers the shipping cost to have the non-faulty item returned.



Bower Home cannot offer a refund, credit or exchange for a change of mind at this time.

Any unauthorised returns will not be accepted.



Bower Home Wares is not liable for the loss or damage of an item being returned.

Purchases of sale items are final. Sale items may be offered at a discounted priced due to overstocking, slight damage, a small fault or a discontinued line. Sale items are NOT returnable or refundable and are delivered ‘as is’ at a discounted price.



Very occasionally we may accidentally ship the wrong item to you. If you have received an incorrect item, email us at info@bowerhome.com.au as soon as you can, ideally within 3 business days of receiving your delivery. We will arrange for its return and once sent, send you the correct item.
