ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 5-7 working days for processing and packing your order (does not include shipping time).

Orders placed on a Friday through to Sunday will be processed on Monday (excluding public holidays).

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a shipping fee based on the weight of your order will apply to have it re-sent.

We advise that you indicate your daytime address for delivery.

If you would like your parcel to be left in a safe place, please specify this when placing your order. On the "cart" page include these details in the "Special Information" box.

A tracking number will be forwarded to you once your order has been dispatched.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Delivery time frames supplied by Bower Home are a best estimate only and Bower Home will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any delay in delivery.

Once parcels have left our premises, they are then the property of the shipping company. We make every effort to work with you if items get broken, but please note that we will not instantly replace or refund products damaged in transit.

If your package rattles or looks squashed, DO NOT accept it from the driver OR take photos of the damaged package and contact us immediately.
