TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRADE 

APPLICATION
Once your account is approved, we'll provide you with our wholesale prices. 

ORDERS
All orders are required to be paid in full prior to production commencing. There is a minimum spend of $500 including GST per order. Please note shipping costs are not included in total order costs.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made via credit card, Paypal or Afterpay.

SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated per order on completion of production and a final tax invoice will be emailed to you. Payment in advance is required before items are shipped. Your order will be shipped via a third party and tracking details will be provided upon dispatch. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes and require a street address, due to the size of our products. Shipping prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMES

Framed Canvas Prints	Our framed canvas prints are made to order. Production time will depend upon the size of the order. Please allow a minimum of 2-4 weeks.
Unframed Poster Prints and Decor Items	5-10 business days

Delivery time frames supplied by Bower Home are a best estimate only and Bower Home will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any delay in delivery.

Please note that during these unprecedented times, delays may occur during production due to delays in stock and material supply. We appreciate your patience and will communicate with you to provide regular updates if delays should occur.
